Friendly, clean, and professional atmosphere which includes all staff and explains everything well. Dr. Gilroy is personable and explains everything in an understandable way. Had a great experience at Park North Dentistry this past weekend. Dr. Muchnicki was so professional and pleasant and knowledgeable. She did a thorough exam/cleaning and took her time to explain her findings and answer my questions. It's a very modern, clean facility and all the employees were very friendly.

I’ve been going to Dr. Gilroy for 6 years now, he is great and always gives detailed information on my care and I have never felt like “just another patient.” The entire staff have always been friendly, patient, and responsive to questions (shoutout to Betsy!). Regular cleanings are always smooth & quick, and the couple of times I have had more involved procedures it has been well explained in advance and relatively painless. I have moved around NYC and my insurance has changed over the years, but I have continued with Park North because the experience has always been so positive.

As always, Park North Dentist consistently delivers exceptional service, from effective communication to superb dental care. I visited their practice seeking a professional opinion regarding my receding gum line above my two front teeth, a concern my former dentist recommended addressing with bone shaping in the bottom left quadrant.The hygienist promptly took X-rays and thoroughly discussed her findings and concerns with me. She meticulously cleaned my teeth, removing all plaque and stubborn food particles that brushing, flossing, and even using a waterpik couldn't reach.Following the cleaning, the dentist examined my teeth and wisely suggested that I seek treatment from a periodontist first. Subsequently, we could proceed with a treatment plan to realign my teeth. Had I not sought a second professional opinion, I might have made an ill-informed decision, delaying treatment of the root cause of the issue.

This was my first visit to see Doctor Woodbine. The staff membets were polite. I was nervous but after speaking to the doctor I was able to relax. I know someone that was looking for a dentist and I recommended this office.

An amazing dentist's office! All the staff members are polite and efficient--I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for anything. Dr. Gilroy also has an excellent bedside manner and is great to just chat with. Had to find a new dentist as Park North stopped accepting my insurance, but I'll always remember them fondly and would switch back in a flash if I could!

I love this dental office. Dr. Gilroy helped me overcome my fears of the dentist after many years of avoiding dental visits due to a procedure gone wrong. A few years ago, I found his office, and it has been life-changing. He made me feel at ease and safe, and Wafa, the dental hygienist, is so sweet and very skilled at her job. Unfortunately, he doesn’t take my insurance anymore 🙁 so I have to be transferred to Dr. Muchnicki. My first experience with her was pleasant; she made me feel comfortable. However, I will definitely miss Dr. Gilroy because he made a significant impact on my life, and thanks to him, I can trust someone with my teeth again. Thank you, Dr. Gilroy!

This was my first visit. The hygienist, Wafa Ali, was terrific, explaining in advance what she was going to do that might be new to me, and frequently asking if I was doing OK. I was, and always felt that I was in very capable hands. The assistant dentist was also great, and then Dr. Muchnicki looked carefully at the x-rays and pointed some things that bore keeping an eye on. Even the front office staff was perfect. Altogether, I am satisfied that I have now found the new dental practice I was looking for. I recommend this practice enthusiastically.

I love Park North Dentistry! It’s well-located for anyone in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, or Crown Heights (but honestly I walk up from Flatbush!)I switched jobs in the middle of treatment so my dental policy shifted as well. The staff helped me determine what was covered amidst a transition that was more complex than necessary (on the insurance side). They sought multiple estimates for both procedures and walked me through coverage before I went through with anything. Very reasonable and a refreshing change from other dental offices, where I’ve felt pressure to move forward ASAP (no matter the cost).I also love that they’re open on Saturdays! Very helpful for anyone working M-F.Would highly recommend Dr. Kasey Muchnick!

I called with an emergency and was seen a few hours later. After x-rays were taken - the dentist took time to explain the entire procedure. I did not even feel the novocaine needle. This was a great experience and just maybe I'm no longer afraid of dentists.
