“Out-of-network” coverage means that Park North Dentistry takes your insurance, but does not have a direct contract with your insurance provider.
For preventative procedures (exam, x-rays and cleaning) patients typically have $0 co-pay. For other procedures, we prefer to obtain a “pre-authorization” from the insurance company. That way we all know how much a co-pay will be before doing any work.
